Our site is user friendly and self explanatory. When you
browse through our gallery and see something of interest, click on the photo.
Use the scroll down button to view each frame option and when you find the
perfect one for you, click on it., choose the size you’re interested in, then
click the “Add to cart” button, and the store will walk you through the
purchasing steps. If you wish, you may order via snail mail or on the phone.
JellyStone Photography is a small business started by James
and Kelly Stone. We are photographers who love the beauty of our planet. Our
photography business started as a simple hobby, turned professional, when asked
by several people how they could buy one of our displays on our home wall.
Albeit, James
and Kelly do partake in the picture shooting, James is the photographer with the
keen eye for perfection. James has had an eager interest in volcanology &
geology all his life. He has done self study courses on the subjects. His
subjects now are beautiful landscaped volcanic shots. He performs with
enthusiasm while taking photographs. His zest to capture the perfect shot shows
in his work. He takes into consideration the lighting, the hues of the scene,
and making the subject at hand the center of attention, but not without
capturing the surrounding relevancy. His photos tell, if you will, a story of
the moment he is trying to capture. They give you just enough in each picture to
leave you satisfied, without wondering what else was in his presence. James
aspires to bring the beauty of volcanic landscapes to you
JellyStone Photographers are serious about their photos. We
use digital cameras as to get the true essence of the subject at hand. We use a
Nikon D200 digital camera and Olympus E-Volt 500. Accessories assist in the
photo shoots. Several choice lenses are used to get just the right shot.
Circular polarizer and defusers assist in capturing the true
essence of the scene
and keeping out the sunrays. Our photos are printed with the
finest printers available today, an HP Photosmart Pro B9180 and Epson Stylus
Photo R2400 printers. Each printer uses high quality pigment inks that are
formulated to last up to 200 years. They both received great reviews from
Consumer Reports. After printing the photos on high quality inkjet photo paper,
JellyStone carefully chooses two complimentary hues for the double matting.
After cutting the matt to size, we choose just the right frame to compliment the
ensemble. We are proud of our work, and want to show it in the best of encasing.
All the tools we use are of highest quality and kept clean and a regular
maintenance schedule as to perform the best possible result for each photo.
Once you have
purchased your photo, JellyStone Photography receives your personalized order.
Then we fulfill the order to your liking. We print the photos as ordered, to
prevent from any mishaps to the photo. They are taken from the printer and
placed in your custom matted frame. JellyStone Photography believes in offering
only archival photographs, and give special care with assembling your order.
Once the order is fulfilled, we then ship it to you for your enjoyment
